Ornamental and Medicinal Plants

The Ornamental and Medicinal Plants (ISSN 2522-3682) is an open access (BOAI definition), peer/open reviewed online journal (users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles) that considers scientific articles in all different areas of ornamental and medicinal plants. The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and promote the research work in these fast moving areas.

The topics to be covered by this journal include, but are not limited to theory, methodology, technology, innovation, activities, and projects in the following areas:

Ornamental plants, i.e., plants being grown or to be cultivated for decorative and ornamental purposes in gardens and landscapes and at homes.
Medicinal plants, i.e., plants containing chemical compounds that are for biological functions, which are used for human / animal medicines (pharmaceuticals), food supplements, and bio-pesticides, etc.
All scientific areas on ornamental plants and medicinal plants, including ecology, systematics, physiology, morphology, pharmacology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biogeography, aesthetics, species conservation, genetics / plant breeding, horticulture, cultivation, utilization, product processing, pests, etc.

Authors can submit their works to the email box of this journal, omp@iaees.org. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during review period of this journal. Authors are asked to read and accept Author Guidelines and Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement before submitting manuscripts.

In addition to free submissions from authors around the world, special issues are also accepted. The organizer of a special issue can collect submissions (yielded from a research project, a research group, etc.) on a specific research topic, or submissions of a scientific conference for publication of special issue.
