A cluster method for finding node sets / sub-networks based on between-node similarity in sets of adjacency nodes: with application in finding sub-networks in tumor pathways

Abstract
A network consists of node sets or sub-networks. In present study, a cluster method for finding node sets and sub-networks according to between-node similarity in sets of adjacency nodes was proposed. A typical example demonstrated that the method is highly effective. Sub-networks in tumor pathways are identified. Matlab codes of the method are presented.
