October 15-Inaugural Conference of the ISNB
On October 15, 2010, the ISNB was formally established after a longer period of preparation. In the earlier time, the constitution, mission, and organizations of the ISNB were discussed by the ecologists from China, Brazil, Russia, India, European Union and USA. Dr WJ Zhang was nominated and elected as the first president of the ISNB.
